Welcome to X ALGO GLOBAL LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the domain xalgos.in. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our API bridge services, which facilitate the connection between TradingView and various brokers. By accessing or using our services, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Description of Services

X ALGO GLOBAL LLP provides an API bridge service that forwards trading signals from TradingView to your chosen broker, using the API credentials (e.g., API keys, secrets, user IDs, or passkeys) you provide. We also store trading logs, consisting of signal requests and broker responses, for you to review your trading activity. We act solely as a conduit for transmitting your signals and do not modify, analyze, or make trading decisions on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to trading and financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and valid API credentials for your broker’s platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account, API Credentials & Webhook Security

  • Provide accurate, valid, and secure API credentials required to connect with your broker.
  • Keep your API credentials strictly confidential.
  • Never share your webhook URL with any third party . Your webhook URL acts as an execution endpoint and sharing it may result in unauthorized trades.
  • You are solely responsible for any actions, trades, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of your API credentials or webhook URL.
  • Notify us immediately at team@xalgos.in if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • Ensure you have agreed to the Privacy Policy before using the services.

3.2 Trading Signals & Copy Trading

  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of any trading signals you generate or transmit.
  • We forward or execute signals exactly as received, without modification, filtering, validation, or risk assessment.
  • You are solely responsible for any signals used for copy trading, including signals from third-party providers
  • Trading and copy trading involve significant financial risk. All profits, losses, slippage, execution delays, or broker-related issues are entirely your responsibility.

3.3 Compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, exchange rules, and broker policies.
  • You must not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, manipulative, or marketabusive activities.

4. Trading Logs

We store trading logs, which include your signal requests and the corresponding responses from your broker, to allow you to review your trading activity. You may access these logs through your account, subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of broker responses in the trading logs, as these are provided directly by your broker.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Financial Advice

Our services do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not provide recommendations or opinions on trading strategies or decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of your trading activities and consulting with qualified professionals as needed.

5.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services but do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or free from errors, delays, or interruptions. We may suspend or limit access to our services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms, such as TradingView and brokers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties. You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of TradingView and your broker.

5.4 No Liability for Trading Outcomes

We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or other consequences resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in signal transmission, broker actions, or market conditions.

6. Fees and Payment

If applicable, fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or on our website. You agree to pay all fees promptly and in accordance with the specified terms. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with notice provided via our website or email.

    All content, software, and technology used in our services, including the API bridge, are the property of X ALGO GLOBAL LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit our services or technology without our prior written consent.

    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at team@xalgos.in and ceasing use of our services. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, we will delete your data, including trading logs, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless required to retain it by law.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, X ALGO GLOBAL LLP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the preceding 12 months.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot (Gujarat - India).
